The gel is fast acting with no systemic absorption. Contains 20% benzocaine for effective and fast temporary pain relief, it provides temporary relief of pain during procedures including: local anesthetic injections, periodontal curettage, impression taking and intra-oral x-rays. It comforts patients with ulcers, wounds and other minor irritations. It contains specially formulated flavors to prevent bitter aftertaste and minimize salivation, allowing the effect of the oral anesthetic to prevail. It has a rapid onset within 30 seconds.
