Return & Exchange Policy
1. Delivery Locations
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened dental care products (e.g., toothbrushes, mouthwash, toothpaste, dental floss).
- Custom-made or special-order items.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@uaedent.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, our team will arrange for sending back the returned item.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item in acceptable condition
