Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Locations
- We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Delivery Time
- Within UAE: Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and your location.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above AED 300.
- A flat delivery fee of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 300.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
